Well said, Len.

Good people working well together: developers, managers, users, with shared vision, shared commitment, and mutual trust, and with competence and humility in good balance.  If you have that then it really doesn't matter what methods, tools, and technologies you go for. If you don't have them then you've got a rocky road ahead.
