XPath 3.0, XQuery 3.0, XQueryX 3.0, XDM 3.0, Serialization 3.0,F&O 3.0, and XQuery 3.0 use Cases, Requirements

XPath 3.0, XQuery 3.0, XQueryX 3.0, XDM 3.0, Serialization 3.0 and
Functions and Operators 3.0 are now W3C Recommendations.

The XQuery 3.0 use Cases and Requirements documents were also
re-published as Notes.

http://www.w3.org/blog/news/archives/3773 has links to the various
documents, or see
http://www.w3.org/ for the announcement, or
http://www.w3.org/TR/tr-date-all to see all W3C specs sorted by date,
most recent first.

Note, this list does *not* include XSLT 3, which is a Working Draft
right now and at Last Call (so if you were planning to send comments
about XSLT 3, please do it very soon!)

Congratulations and thanks to the XQuery and XSLT Working Groups, and to
everyone who helped these specifications by sending comments, reviews,
test-cases and of course implementations.

Liam
