Sort of ... not Simon.
default is my question.
I.e. (as pointed out), pick up 101 @X values (think DITA) and run with those,
for whatever reason?
I'm thinking HyTime circa 2020, what can we do when we learn from history
and apply todays 'tech'?
I note Norman disagrees with Betty, I wonder how many more versions there are?
