Isn't the simple fact that you all view 'usage' differently?
Personal site, big commercial usage, small commercial site?
Not sure how to (or if we could) define such scope, but it
seems that some form of scenario would help differentiate
what Mike started commenting on?
Is small|medium|large too simple?
