Nor i, although there was a Liam Quinn (note spelling) in Toronto who
ran a popular site called htmlhelp when he was in high school, which is
why i used Liam R E Quin (note spelling) when i was at W3C.

On the relational algebra question - i think "database" is a very
loosely applied term and courts have no business going anywhere near
it, but i accept that sometimes they need to.
In this case, I think the applicable term is that the judge "misdirected herself".

An XSD being a "literary work" is a novel departure. I look forward to settling down with their next one for a good read.
