I'm going to go ahead and cc the Lightweight DITA list, since I
        suspect that a lot of people don't know how to do this.

      
        
To log into the Lightweight DITA SC, go to
          https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=dita-lightweight-dita
          and click SC Members Page. (You will
          need to provide your OASIS credentials if you are not
          currently logged in.)

        

        
From the group page, click Documents.

        
Change into the Meeting Notes folder.

        
In the right pane, click Actions > Add Documents.

        
Follow the prompts.
