xml.xsd and ditaarch.xsd in catalog.xml for DITA 1.3

Hi all,

 

In my usage of the grammar files listed on the spec (http://docs.oasis-open.org/dita/dita/v1.3/csprd01/part3-all-inclusive/dita-v1.3-csprd01-part3-all-inclusive-grammars.zip),
 I came across this issue.

It seems that the base/catalog.xml file contains <system> entries only for xml.xsd and ditaarch.xsd, and no <uri> entries, while the other xsd’s have both.

Do you agree that this is in error? And how can we go on and fix this?
