Re: [dita] xml.xsd and ditaarch.xsd in catalog.xml for DITA 1.3

I've added this to the agenda for our DITA TC call tomorrow (12
      July 2016). We'll see if this is something that we can correct in
      the DITA 1.3 errata, which is targeted for release on 17 October

In my usage of the grammar files listed on

          I came across this issue.

        
It seems that the base/catalog.xml file
          contains <system> entries only for xml.xsd and
          ditaarch.xsd, and no <uri> entries, while the other
          xsd’s have both.

        
Do you agree that this is in error? And how
