Hi Colin,
The source code for the Java extensions ships with the DocBook XSL
distribution. See the extensions/saxon643/com/nwalsh/saxon directory, for
example.
Just a word of warning: the stylesheets have not been updated for XSLT 2.0.
I can't say when that will happen since it isn't a full W3C Recommendation
yet. Maybe Norm is working on it.
