DocBook V5.2b08 available for review

Jirka has prepared a new beta version of the DocBook 5.2 schema (beta 8)
and made it available to DocBook TC members:
https://docbook.org/xml/5.2b08/
These should be the final changes.  Please download the files and test
before I announce it to the DocBook mailing lists for testing.
I also have attached two PDFs that are colored diffs comparing 5.2b08 to
5.1 so we can see all the schema changes made since the last OASIS
standard release.
For those emeritus members not on the TC mailing list, I also included
on the
To: line all the TC member direct emails, so you can Reply All
and reach all of us, even though your TC address will fail.
