DOCBOOK: Unbreakable paragraph

I want to create a segment containing a text and a picture like this :

The example text
<The inserted mediaobject>

And when I then render a pdf from this I want this block to stick together
so that there will not be a linebreak in the middle of a block. Could anyone
tell me how to do this?
