If you mean in a bibliography entry, I think I'd do it like this:

<bibliomixed id="someid"><abbrev>SomeCitekey</abbrev>First Author,
Second Author, Third Author, et. al., <citetitle>The Title</citetitle>.
etc.
</bibliomixed>
