[SLIDES] what about toc?

Hi!

I am writing training slides using docbook slides. xsltproc with
fo-plain stylesheet and passivetex to produce PDF.

Output is quite good. Great job!

The problem I have is I don't get is how to generate a toc of all my
foilgroups and a toc for each foilgroup.

Any ideas are welcome.
