try slocate (s for secure)
If you find nothing rebuild the database with, as root, slocate -u
Then try slocate docbook.xsl
[bnl@della python]$ slocate docbook.xsl
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets-1.60.1/fo/profile-docbook.xsl
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets-1.60.1/fo/docbook.xsl
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets-1.60.1/html/profile-docbook.xsl
