[dss] ETSI Liaison

As mentioned at the meeting ETSI (European Telecommunications Standartds
Institute) Electronic Signatures and Infrastructures Technical Committee
(ETSI TC ESI) are keen to liaise with the OASIS digitial signature services
TC.

The group has developed a number of standards in support of European
legislation on Electronic Signatures an "XML Advanced Electronic Signatures"
which we submit for consideration by the group (see separate message) as
well as a profile of RFC 3161 and a specification for policy requirements
for timestamping authorities.
