Non Meaningful Example of a Packaging element

Lines 1712 to 1733 in section 7.7 contains an example of the 
Packaging element. The example is not meaningful because the attributes are not 
given meaningful values. In particular, the mimetype attribute in the Composite 
element has the value "type". This is not consistent with the statement on line 
1792 that "this will be some MIME composite type, such as "multipart/related" or 
"multipart/signed". The mimetype "type" is also not a meaningful illustration of 
the Encapsulation element.

 

I recommend substituting this example with the example on 
lines 1058-1074 from http://www.ebxml.org/specs/secRISK.pdf
