RE: tools for BPSS instance document

Our "Component-X" tool (www.enterprise-component.com) is designed for this
purpose (as well as instrumenting the BSI as sub-process components) but we
have not yet completed the BPSS import-export.  If there is demand for full
ebXML support we can bump the priority of providing this feature.
