ebMS Conformance Test Suite Material Package update

Jacques and all,

 

    Attached is a revised ebXML MS 
Conformance Test Material directory and file structure, now 
including

a README.html file with a description of directory 
content.  It excludes the ebXML Test Framework Specification, 

and now includes the Annotated ebXML MS 2.0 
Specification.  Also included are all instance files.  Local ( 
relative )

hyperlinks are 
embedded in the Executable Conformance Test Suite specification to 

permit examination of XML instance 
files.
