good overall, yet two remarks:

 

1. 
Executable test suite should now be set to be V1.0 not V0.8

 

2. The 
"message_payloads" material seems to come out of the blue:

is 
echoing the section 2.5.2 in executable test suite, but I don't see explicit 
references to "Basic_Message", "Initiate_Basic_Message", 
etc.

in the 
rest of the doc. We seem to miss proper explanation on how to use these, where 
they fit.

hyperlinks are 
  embedded in the Executable Conformance Test Suite specification to 
  

  
permit examination of XML instance
