RE: [egov-registry] Registering schema components

Please peruse the attached discussion document which outlines a joint DSS
(Digital Signature Service) TC and ebXMLRegistry TC proposal that invites
e-Government TC feedback. I plan to introduce the document at the e-Gov
F2F and invite discussion on adding the activity as a later phase of our
project.

Note :
Initial draft was ok'd by ebXMLRegistry Tc and DSS Tc will review on
Monday 26 july.
