Log:
modify Relax NG schemas according to new restrictions on attributes
* xsi:schemaLocation is limited to root
* optional attributes are eliminated from skippable edges
* attributes other than xml:id and @index are forbidden on non-skippable branch edges, except in the "4xsd" schemas which align with the XSD limitations in expressing a choice between attributes and children
