Log:
add new postprocessing templates to the rnc2xsd XSLTs to remove unneeded groups, and refactoring some attribute groups into complex types, as well as whitespace clean-up with indenting.
Also modularized to encapsulate the templates common to the compact and normalized postprocessors.
