Following up today's 
conference call, I just want to reiterate my point that although we do need to 
formalize the requirements for Court Filing Blue (the current 2 page document in 
a great start but clearly insufficient), since we have a number of other sources 
(including OXCI and potentially 2GEFS), I don't think we should let this consume 
a great deal of the time of the committee or the technical writer.  
Perhaps, this can be a quick test of the technical writer to validate that they 
can quickly pull this information together in a readable document and help to us 
to identify and address the current gaps before we get into the real 
deliverables of this committee, the Court Filing Blue specifications 
themselves.
