Updated Draft Minutes: 3/11/2003 4-6pm EST Expanded OASIS LegalXML Steering Committee

Roger Winter identified the following as missing from the minutes.

"Hello, Don,

I am sorry I wasn't able to stay through to the conclusion of the Steering
Committee call last week. It was great to be able to participate and to hear
from others beyond Electronic Court Filing.

I offered a suggestion I hoped would help increase effectiveness and renew
the spark, but it was not reflected in the Draft Minutes. I suggested there
be a process for introducing participants in the Legal XML Member Section to
each another--perhaps brief bios posted on the OASIS Legal XML Web site. I
envision asking participants to prepare a brief statement of name,
affiliation, activities within the Member Section, and an aspirational
statement about what each hopes to see coming from the efforts of the whole
Legal XML enterprise. I believe this might also produce some "raw material"
of ideas that could help in developing the Member Section Strategic Vision
and Plan."

This is a very good point and needs to be there to help us move towards and
position of trust.
