OASIS LegalXML Steering Committee

In the meeting of March 11th, we targeted a meeting for today at 3:00 PM
EST. This meeting is to begin work on a strategic plan for the
member-section. Due to my error this was not scheduled.

I propose that we target Thursday April 3rd 2003 from 4-5 PM EST. I will
extract the mission statement from our legacy and will prepare a straw
outline for the meeting to go out by end of day Monday March 31st along with
the conference call phone number.

Please let me know if you can make it. I will try to adjust the timing if
needed.

Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
