I'm very sympathetic to any plan involving the constructuve use of LegalXML assets toward valuable work product. However, if it is possible to delay action on this particular request, I strongly favor waiting until the entire new Steering Committee is in place within the month. They should start with the full assets and make strategic choices about what, when and how support should be delivered to TC's with a free hand.
