I regret that I will be in flight tomorrow during 
the conference call. It the flight has phones I will call in, otherwise here are 
my comments. - Dallas
 
- As for the agenda, if no one is willing to 
volunteer, I would be willing to help in a presentation for our TC to the 
general body.
- I see from the email today that OASIS has 
scheduled court Filing and Integrated Justice meetings but it does not say 
when.
- As for what is being paid for, I will leave it up 
to committee.
- As for Lawful Intercept, if there have not been 
any participation, rather than reviewing the charter, I would prefer a committee 
be closed if there is no activity and let a new committee be formed when enough 
people are willing to participate.
- I am very interested in knowing if eNotification 
has made any progress.  I know that in Utah we went around the entire 
problem of notarization by substitution of digital signatures and certificate 
verification as the third party participant in signature verification.  We 
did this because of the patents that Arcanvs now owned by the Canopy Group (also 
the owners of SCO) control which makes it difficult to not pay royalties.  
I also heard that Digital Signature Trust settled on a law suite with Arcanvs 
because of their patents.

   
  
  OASIS LegalXML's Goal 
  is?
   
  - To provide a set of XML Standards and identify 
  other associated Standards that 
  can support the interchange of documents and 
  data for ALL participants in the Justice/Court Community. This includes support for the 
  interchange of dispute resolution documents and 
  data in such a way as to help relieve the 
  burden on the Justice/Court Community where 
  appropriate.
   
  What are the key goals 
  of the SC?
  - Assist in development of 
  committees that support the vision
  - Give platform for 
  defining the requirements of the vision
  - Exchanging ideas and 
  promoting activity from other potential participants
  - Establish methods of 
  requiring quality deliverables from the committees
