I got the document and am sending it as an attachment.  The language needs
to be evaluated closely, but at first glance, it seems as though the RF
license comports with the theme of the existing LegalXML required TC charter
language.  It looks pretty good, actually - but I reserve judgment until I
print, read, test against real and potential scenarios, and listen to
impressions and opinions of others.
