Hi,
I have completed the process of identifying  voting members from all LegalXML TCs that have not directed a percentage of the funds to the MS, and sent an email to the primary of their org/company requesting that they do so. I've also requested that the TC chairs remind members to join the member section, discuss the benfit of doing so and to inform me when anyone new joins the TC and becomes a voting member. This is the only method I can think of to keep this info up to date but
this will still need to be reviewed periodically.
