RE: [legalxml-sc] RE: Election

I do not know where authority to dissolve or affirm the election as
constituted resides within the SC, but my feeling is that the process
is now flawed and there should be new elections with a period for
nominations to be open to the entire TC given the post-deadline changes
and the absence of a new announcement extending the period for
nominations to December 18.

Thoughts are appreciated.
