Please do ask the SC to determine what should happen on this. I'm
copying this message to them so they can see the correspondence about
this. I recall the discussion taking place in a busy restaurant over
dinner and remember trying to participate in the meal and taking notes
at the same time.
I'll not participate in the discussion to resolve this, since I thought
I had finally gotten the election set up as the Steering Committee
intended. I will be glad to follow whatever alternate direction the
Steering Committee gives, including stepping aside while someone else
administers this ballot if I have, indeed, screwed up twice.
