Please propose a date range for reopening nominations and prepare the
notice to the Member Section. I will then cancel the present ballot and
we can set up a new one after all the I's are dotted and T's are crossed
and everything is perfect. Future ballots will probably require the same
review of eligibility, so we can't expect to do them very quickly. I'm
sorry I didn't post a notice about reopened nominations. Even so, the
revisiting of the voter eligibility issues would have derailed the
balloting anyway.
