Will be out of the country

Folks,

I will be in Japan all of next week so it is unlikely that I will be
available to attend our call.  As such, I would like to appoint John
Messing as my proxy to vote on behalf of the eContracts TC in the SC
meeting May 9th, 2007 for all items that are listed on the agenda.
