We'll keep our fingers crossed for good luck.  We've put in a lot of good effort on the Steering Committee and it'd be a real shame if it came to naught.

Monica and Robert,     FYI.  I spoke to Scott McGrath today about the next steps in the approval of our spending plan.  Scott will be presenting the plan on our behalf to the Board for review and, hopefully, approval.  If successful, this should restore the spending authority of the Steering Committee.
