spending freeze lifted

In today's board meeting, the board recognized you progress and good work.  They unanimously voted to lift the the spending freeze. Congratulations!

I note one correction to that spreadsheet - line 12, expenses for the f2f meeting in Long beach.  I signed those checks weeks ago.  The RuleML expenses can now go through the payment processing cycle.  Scott...
