[mgmtprotocol] Added a variation to the charts

Hi, I added chart 8, which is a variation of 7 where the roles are
positiioned more similarly to the origional web services triangle...
i.e. the Management App is the client and the CIMOM and J2EE App server are
providers  of manageability services
