Ballot to approve MQTT v5.0 with Non-Material Changes made since its last public review has been set up

OASIS members, 

The OASIS Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) TC members [1] have requested a Special Majority Vote to approve MQTT v5.0 as a Committee Specification. 

Changes have been made to this Committee Draft since its last public review. The description of the changes to MQTT v5.0 can be inspected at https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=62224&wg_abbrev=mqtt. 

The TC judges these changes to be Non-Material in accordance with the definition in the OASIS TC Process [2]. The TC requested this ballot in accordance with the procedure for approving a Committee Specification [3].

The ballot can be inspected at https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/mqtt/ballot.php?id=3156 (public url https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ballot.php?id=3156). The ballot opened on 18 December 2017 at 17:00 EST and closes on 25 December 2017 at 17:00 EST. 

Any Eligible Person concerned that the changes are Material is asked to bring their concern to OASIS TC Administration at  so that the appropriate actions can be taken.
