Minor spellings

Hello,

while reading http://docs.oasis-open.org/mqtt/mqtt/v5.0/csprd02/mqtt-v5.0-csprd02.pdf I came across two little spelling errors:

Line 430: "MQTT Control Packets that require a Packet Identifier are shown below : ."

-> Dot at the end should be deleted.

Line 1077: "that the Server does not to send a CONNACK at all"

-> Superfluous "to"
