General case not contemplated in figure 8

Labels “xml:tm source text” and “xml:tm target text” should be replaced
by “source text” and “target text” in Figure 8, section 2.4.2. 

The process described in section 3.3 also fits perfectly well in the
workflow illustrated by figure 8 and it doesn’t use xml:tm.
