Section 1.5 - implementations SHOULD use the namespace prefixes given.

Suggesting adding to section 1.5:

"XML Namespaces [xml-names] permits namespace prefixes (e.g.,
office, meta, config, text) to have different values
in data files, as long as the namespace names match.
However, implementations SHOULD write their data using the namespace
prefixes defined in this document (e.g., "text:p"),
so that simple data processors can process the
data even if they do not completely implement the XML namespaces
specification."
