odf 1.1 para 3.1.16

The <meta:editing-cycles> element specifies the number of editing
cycles the document has been through.
The value of this element is incremented every time the document is
saved. The element contains the number of editing cycles as text.

The first sentence is meaningless without the second.
Query meaning of 'saved'. If I save every two minutes of a two hour
editing session
should this value be 1 or 60?

Should the value be an integer datatype a string datatype or  a number
expressed in text (thirty two)?


The para is unclear and very imprecise.
Suggest:
The <meta:editing-cycles> element specifies the number of times the
document has been opened since its creation.

The schema can better identify the data type.
