odf 1.1 3.1.18 error

Three attributes in the text contradict the attribute names in the schema

    sentence-count="1"
    syllable-count="33"
    non-whitespace-character-count="33"

The spec uses the ns prefix meta:

Why do these have no meta prefix?
 frame-count="1"
    sentence-count="1"
    syllable-count="33"
    non-whitespace-character-count="33"
