EBNF (ODF all versions)

Dear all,

- Part 1 of ODF appears to use EBNF syntax (e.g. for the
draw:glue-points clause)

- Part 2 states that it uses "the BNF notation of the XML specification"

- Part 3 appears not to use (E)BNF

No part contains a normative reference to an EBNF syntax - they should.
If destined for JTC 1 should this be "ISO/IEC 14977 Syntactic
metalanguage - Extended BNF" [1] ?
