[office-formula] incomplete change from B to BINOM.DIST.RANGE

Hi members,

I found this in OpenDocument-part2-draft25-editor-revision.odt

The change from B to BINOM.DIST.RANGE is incomplete.
(1)
BINOMDIST uses B in its definition.

(2)
BINOM.DIST.RANGE should come after BETAINV for alphabetic order.

(3)
The test cases for BINOM.DIST.RANGE uses still B.

Besides that: In the second test case of BINOMDIST the values for N and 
P are exchanged. Is =BINOMDIST(9;1;10;0), should be =BINOMDIST(9;10;1;0)
