Request for a new non-normative appendix of implementation-dependent features in Errata Draft 04 Rev03

As we have discussed before, please introduce a non-normative 
appendix, which lists implementation-dependent features.

Although I made a number of comments on the draft errata, I very much
appreciate the effort of the OASIS ODF TC and project editors.  I see 
some significant improvements.
