Proposal
to add a otw (+ if there is an odh: odw) for where oth (+ if there is odh) is used.
Reason: better description.
(Deprecating oth + if there is signs of an odh, also deprecate it.)
Currently there is odh which isn't very good.
A template for a html page does not only contain html.
It can also contain other elements such as: javascript, flash, css,...
Majority of the people are more familiar with the word webpage than with html.
The current mime-type for the oth file extension:
application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.text-web
