Comments on 7.3.1 "Index Scope", Errata Part 02 in Errata Draft 04 Rev03

The new text (quited below) is ambiguous.  Which chapter 
are you talking about?

	"The text:index-scope attribute specifies whether index entries
	from an entire document or from a chapter are used to 
	construct a table of contents."
