PRD02 Pt 1 Introduction

Dear all,

"The XML schema for OpenDocument is designed for transformations using XSLT and processing with XML-based tools."

Shoudn't this rather say something like:

"The XML schema for OpenDocument is designed so that *documents valid to it* can be transformed using XSLT and processed with XML-based tools."

Or, better still, delete this sentence since it isn't appropriate for normative text.
