on page 33, I have added the 2nd sentence to the 2nd paragraph. It reads now

The schema language used within this specification is Relax-NG (see 
[RNG]). The attribute default value feature specified in [RNG-Compat] is 
used to provide attribute default values.

On page 697, there is now the following bibliographic entry
