- 14 of 16 voting members (88%) were in attendance, so quorum requirements 
were met.

Membership notes:

-  David Faure and Florian Reuter lose voting rights after the adjournment 
of this meeting per OASIS TC Process 2.4

* The agenda was accepted by unanimous consent

* The minutes of the April 20th meeting were approved by unanimous consent

* The TC agreed to cancel the following TC meetings, which occur on major 
holidays:

- May 25th -- U.S. Memorial Day
- September 7th -- U.S. Labor Day
- October 5th -- China National Day

* ODF 1.2

- Rob noted that the ballot to approve ODF 1.2 CD 02 was running and would 
expire Tuesday night.

- Rob reported on his investigations of the JIRA issue tracking system

* Further processing of public comments

- Michael noted that he has provided comments on an additional set of 
comments (275-313), and seeks to have these dispositions approved on next 
week's call:
